L34u cille P. (LuLu) (Desrosiers) Foote, Frechette was

Lucille "LuLu" (Desrosiers)born November, 1954 in Lowell, MA. LuLu is the third
Frechette child of Arthur Desrosiers and Antoinette (Cloutier)

Desrosiers. LuLu married Andre (Andy) Frechette on
June 13, 2009. LuLu and Andy moved to Florida in
2004 and are currently retired.

LuLu worked at City of Lowell at Dept. of Public
Welfare, Conservation Commission, Lowell Arts
Council and Lowell Housing Review Board. She also
worked at Nielson Corp. in Florida prior to retiring in
2018.

LuLu has two children, Kevin Foote and Michael Foote
and two grandchildren Brady and Kayla all of whom
she is extremely proud of.

Kevin Foote was born February 1973 and is married
to Maxine (Coates) Foote in October, 2007. They
have two children, Brady 10 and Kayla 7 and reside
in Lowell, MA. Kevin is current employed for over
20 years with National Grid formerly Mass. Electric.
